Option1:
Login to ESX host via putty and execute below command.
# cat /proc/scsi/qla2xxx/* | grep -A3 "SCSI Device Information"
Option2:
Log into ILO either directly or via the blade enclosure
Go to the Information tab of your server
WWN id can be found under the info box for your HBA (see screendump below)
Option:3
Login to vSphere Client -> search for host and click on host -> click on configuration tab -> click on storage adapter -> now you can we can view the wwn numbers and model.
